Yes. The contract can be completed when you arrive at the facility. Before travelling, confirm the address and availability of the required area with the manager.

The standard storage period starts from one month. You can extend it whenever necessary, with no limit on the total storage period.

No. There is no separate security-month payment or deposit. You choose the area and storage period, then pay monthly or in other convenient periods. The total storage period is not limited.

There is no rigid notice period. Please tell us at least one week ahead, or as early as possible. This gives us time to prepare the documents and arrange a convenient collection time.

Send us photos or a list of items and we will help estimate the required area. We will then find the nearest facility with an available ROOM or the right amount of FREE SPACE.

Yes. We can arrange delivery in Kharkiv and the surrounding region on special terms. The cost and timing depend on the address, the volume of belongings and the transport required.

Yes, these are separate services that must be booked in advance. We will arrange the movers and required packing materials. A pallet jack and a professional stacker are available at the facilities; only our staff operate the stacker.

A storekeeper admits you to the facility, then you unlock your own ROOM with your key. It is not possible to enter the storage site without our staff. Visit times are arranged according to the rules of the specific location.

The closed site is monitored by CCTV 24/7. The alarm is connected to a response security service. The facilities have smoke and heat-rise detectors as well as an anti-intrusion alarm. Suitable temperature and humidity levels are maintained so belongings stay warm and dry.

Explosive, flammable, toxic or illegal substances, weapons and ammunition, animals, plants, perishable food and items with a strong odour cannot be stored. The full list of restrictions is available in the Documents and contracts section.

ROOM is a private storage room with a large lockable door. Your belongings stay together in your own isolated space, separate from other customers’ items.

Furniture and appliances during a renovation or move, boxes, seasonal belongings, tyres, bicycles, suitcases, archives, personal items and small amounts of business stock.

ROOM units are usually 3 to 24 m² with a height of approximately 2.5-3 m. Area is measured across the floor. A few slightly smaller or larger rooms may be available, but these are uncommon and availability must be confirmed.

For example, a 9 m² ROOM may measure 3 × 3 m. We recommend an aisle 2 m long and 0.5 m wide, which uses only 1 m². You can use the entire area without an aisle, but retrieving individual items later will be very difficult and time-consuming.

ROOM suits private customers, families moving or renovating, tenants, offices, tradespeople, online shops and small businesses.

A storekeeper admits you to the facility, after which you open your ROOM with your own key. If you expect to collect individual items regularly, leave an aisle inside and keep frequently needed items near the door.

Yes. You can store goods, packaging, archives, tools and equipment as long as they fit in the enclosed room and do not belong to a prohibited category.

FREE SPACE is a flexible open area within a warehouse, without unnecessary permanent partitions. It suits high volumes and unusual cargo that does not fit comfortably inside a ROOM.

Goods, equipment, business stock, office furniture, oversized items, archives, packaging and both palletised and non-palletised cargo.

Customers can usually choose between 2 and 200 m², with a typical height of at least 3 m. Area is measured across the floor. Please confirm availability of the required area in advance.

ROOM is a private enclosed room with a large door and your own key. FREE SPACE is part of a large open warehouse area without unnecessary permanent partitions, making it more practical for large quantities of goods, equipment and oversized items.

You pay only for the area you actually need, without the cost of unused space, a long lease on a large unit, separate security or facility maintenance.

Yes, if space is available, the area can change as the volume of your belongings or goods changes. The new size and layout must be agreed with the manager in advance.

The site is closed, with 24/7 CCTV and a complete alarm system. Our storekeeper is present during every visit, so customers cannot remain in the warehouse without staff, take another customer’s belongings or mix items up.
